How to Order
Online Order
- For Alta Biotech new customers, please click HERE to register an account.
- For customers who already have an account, please find your desired service under DNA Prep or Services.
- Click “Customize and Order” to open and fill out an order form.
- Enter your sample information and service requirement, then click “Add to Cart”. Your service price will be shown at the top of the page.
- Click “Cart” at the top right hand corner of the webpage, just above the search box, to review your order and check out
- To check out, follow the instructions to enter your shipping/billing address and payment information.
- We accept credit card and purchase order. If you place the order with a purchase order, please email a copy of the PO document to [email protected]
- An order confirmation email will be sent shortly after an order is plac.
- If you cannot place an online order, you can email us at [email protected] to place your order.
Special Order
- If you have a bulk or special order, you can place your order by email.
- For DNA Prep service, download and complete the DNA Prep Quotation Request Form.
- For other services, download and complete the Service Quotation Request Form.
- Return the completed form to [email protected].
