The term ‘Alta Biotech, LLC’ or ‘Alta Biotech’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 12635 E. Montview Blvd., Aurora, CO 80045. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

General Conditions

Alta Biotech, LLC. is providing custom or contract research services in life sciences industry. Products are sold and licensed for use by end-users only for research or laboratory use and are not to be used on humans or for clinical diagnostic or drug purposes. Buyer acknowledges and accepts that the products have not been tested by Alta Biotech for safety and efficacy in animal, food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.

Terms of Payment

Net 30 days for customers with established credit and who have a good credit rating with Alta Biotech. After 30 days an interest charge will apply for outstanding invoices. Credit applications are available upon request. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), ACH transfer, or wire transfer.

Price

All prices are in US dollars, and may be quoted/billed in other currencies upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipping and handling charges will be reflected on the invoice upon the delivery of product. Shipping and handling charges will vary according to the weight of the package and the shipping options. All taxes, duties and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax

You are solely responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar tax and agree to indemnify Alta Biotech for any such tax if not properly paid by you. Sales tax will be added to jurisdictions where Alta Biotech is responsible for collecting sales tax unless the receiving party has exempt information on file with Alta Biotech. If you feel that your account is not setup properly please contact us.

Changes or Cancellations

All orders are processed and sent for production/shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel your order BEFORE production or product assembly, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee;

• If you cancel your order AFTER production or product assembly, you will be assessed a cancellation fee;

• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees - including restocking and cancellation fees. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Shipping

Shipping costs are prepaid and added to the invoice. Alta Biotech reserves the right to select the packaging and shipping method for your order. U.S.A. orders are shipped Monday-Thursday, orders to the Canada are shipped Monday-Wednesday, and orders outside U.S.A./Canada are shipped on Friday or Monday. Alta Biotech is not liable for delay in shipping. In the event of shipment damage or errors in the products packaged, a picture showing the sealed foil pouches is required to verify damage/errors.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Alta Biotech does not claim Intellectual Property rights on any purchased and delivered product which is produced per customer's specifications, however, all methods, arrays and proprietary IP of Alta Biotech remains with Alta Biotech.

Warranties

Alta Biotech warrants to customers that all products manufactured by or for Alta Biotech and delivered hereunder, to Alta Biotech's knowledge will not infringe the claims of any patent, trademark or copyright of any third party. Alta Biotech does not warrant that any customer's use or resale of goods delivered hereunder will not infringe the claims of any patents, trademarks or copyrights of any third party. These warranties are exclusive, and Alta Biotech makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. Alta Biotech products are warranted to meet our QC testing standards at the time of shipment. Notice of problematic products must be made to Alta Biotech within 10 days of receipt of the product. This product warranty limits Alta Biotech liability to the replacement of the product only. Under no event, shall Alta Biotech be liable for loss of profits, failure of research results, or direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of research or development, anticipated profits or economic loss. If all the above are not acceptable to you, return the products to us as soon as possible. Failure to promptly return the product constitutes the acceptance of the above terms.

Use of Location
